King County Collaborative Law is a volunteer, non-profit association of attorneys and allied professionals that supports the practice of resolving disputes using the collaborative law process.

Collaborative law is a process of settling disputes where clients and their attorneys agree to a set of "protocols" that are client-focused, communication-centered and foster a cooperative approach to negotiations.

We believe that resolving legal conflicts collaboratively produces results that are in the best interests of our clients.
